Patented Filter Screw Geometry
The patented filter screw geometry with additional screw flights in the filter area provides increased specific throughput and reduced wear.
Patented Support Housing
The patented support housing supports the press screen and absorbs burst pressure. Enables higher pressing pressure and thus higher dry matter content in the solids with reduced wear.
Automatic DM Control
The automatic dry matter control reacts to changes in feed volume and consistency. Increases process reliability and enables constant operating conditions.
Fully Automatic Washing System

Compact separation unit for wet density separation and washing of various residues and waste mixtures.
Wet Density Separation
The Circulyzer separation unit is a compact system for wet density separation and washing of various residues and waste mixtures. The fully automated module in container design is particularly suitable for the processing of plastic/plastic, plastic/metal and plastic/paper mixtures. In addition to separation, the treated materials can also be washed.

- Float-sink separation in a centrifugal field – purely cylindrical cyclone (tube)
- No rotating parts in the separation unit
- Separation medium vortex (e.g. water) built up solely by flow
- Direct feed of input material via patented dosing system – no dispersion required
- Increased residence times at moderate flow velocities
- Reduced wear and low feed pressure required (0.3 – 0.5 bar)

Options
Three Sizes
The Circulyzer is available in three sizes – tailored to throughput and application. Detailed technical data will follow shortly in the datasheet.
Construction & Operation
For efficient separation, the materials must be previously shredded to < 10 – 40 mm. Integration into a stable frame construction makes handling, transport and installation in new and existing recycling plants easier.
In the simplest case, water is used as the separation medium for density separation. Depending on requirements, salt solutions (brines), slurries or water-surfactant mixtures can also be used.
The frame is made of coated black steel and the parts in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel (V4A, 1.4571 or similar).
